Change how your team works. We'll run the project.

Krios Studio is a small team of developers, analysts and a project manager. We help growing businesses replace slow, manual or outdated ways of working with software people actually want to use.

  • From: Orders and requests tracked in spreadsheets
To: One place where the whole team can see what is happening
  • From: An old system nobody wants to touch
To: A modern application that is easy to change
  • From: A project with no clear owner or status
To: A plan, a named manager and a weekly update

Typical changes we help with.

How we can help

Whether you are starting something new or fixing something old, we begin with the people who use the software and what they need to get done.

Build something new

Turn an idea into a working product, from first sketch to launch, with a plan you can follow.

Replace an old system

Move off software that is slow, unsupported or hard to change, in stages, so your business keeps running throughout.

Improve what you have

Make an existing application faster, more reliable and easier for your team to maintain.

Give your team better tools

Dashboards, reports and internal tools that replace spreadsheets and long email chains.

Most of our projects are built with .NET and Angular.

How we work

A project manager stays between you and the developers, so you always know where things stand.

  1. Scope

We agree in writing what is being built, what is not, and how you will know it is done.

  2. Milestones

Work is split into small deliverables, each with a date and either a fixed price or a clear estimate.

  3. Weekly update

Every week you get a short summary of what was finished, what comes next and any risks.

  4. Handover

You receive the source code, documentation and a walkthrough, so your team can carry on without us.

A small collective, led by a project manager

Krios Studio is a collective of developers and business analysts who work together on software projects for growing businesses. We keep the team small on purpose: you talk to the people doing the work, and one project manager keeps the plan, the budget and the communication in order.

Tell us what you need built

A few lines are enough: what you want to change, who it affects and when you need it. We reply with questions or a first estimate.
